Notes

Recovery run. Pushed the workout till tomorrow because I thought the weather was going to be bad today but it was totally fine outside this morning. I'm doing my last tune up workout on Friday next week anyways so might as well just get used to the new schedule. With back to back recovery days, I felt good today and just cruised through the run.
