Notes

Converted swim to run. Today was the best my shin has felt in awhile. I was able to get up and down stairs quicker today and no pain. I didn't take any motrin before school. Good sign it's healing. I'm also coming to practice because it just dosent feel right going home on bus during the season. I reached my goal of 700 miles over sumner.:)
