Notes

12x150s w/100 walk, 150 shuffle recovery. First 2 were strides then the next 10 I took at rep pace. The first 5 went by fast, but then it seemed to take forever. By the end, this was just getting boring and tiring. My goal was just to stay with whichever mid-D guy would take these at a good clip. That ended up being Stowers and he ran in lane 2 stagger for all the 10 he did, so I just stayed with him and I could see him the whole time. Felt relaxed for them, they just took forever.
