M-pace run today. Finally a good one!!! I have had solid hill workouts every week, but something seems to go wrong with the m-pace every week either it being too hot or I have to run slower then I want. This week though I was able to run my own workout and run my own paces. I was by myself, but I feel I paced this perfectly. I found a rhythm, I stayed relax and strong, and I couldn't help but let out a little fist pump at the end because I was so happy to finish one of these strong. The cooler weather and return to a regular sleep schedule have really helped me. I know I was as strong as ever and maybe my cardio is finally starting to come around!
