Notes

Mile brisk back to Calvin. For some reason, I just didn't do this part of the workout well at all. My legs just tanked going up the Hall street hill and never really got back into a rhythm. I mapped it and we actually ran a mile, so everything is accurate. I was a bit surprised because after the Hall street hill it felt like I was running 6:30 pace for a quarter mile.
