Bad long run. Felt terrible, route was terrible, and I chaffed really bad. I went out at 7:10 pace so I did pick up some parts of the way back but not as fast as it should have been. At least i got all 16 miles in which i can be happy about even if it sucked. Bad workout, moving on. Maybe a reason I didn't feel good was this is my longest single continuous run ever.
