Notes

Workout with the high school guys today. 15 min warm up then about 71 minutes of hill cycles. It was 2 hill loops then 10 mins then 2 hill loops etc. Then a 19 min cool down with Bushelle to get 1:45:00 total. I started around the pace I did the last time I was at Blackwell. Just an up tempo pace up the hill. I was little bit behind the high school guys at this point. I slowly built into it and tried to make each hill faster then the last. The last two I ran up with Bill K and Bushelle and they were my fastests ones of the whole day. I can tell that after 92nd street last week, I am starting to get stronger. The last two today felt good and I am starting to enjoy hills this summer.
