Notes

6 miles steady. Like Steen suggested, just trying to focus on good aerobic efforts right now. This did get a little tougher than I expected but I lifted yesterday and my sleep pattern has been off the past 3 days so it was probably just due to some residual fatigue. I did get faster every 1.2 mile loop so it was a good building effort. Foot felt good.
