Notes

4x800 at 5k pace w/400 jog recovery, 4x400 at 3k pace w/400 jog recovery, 4x200 at mile pace w/200 jog recovery. A long VO2 max session on the track today. It was raining with a pretty strong wind out of the south so not the most ideal conditions. I was soaked by the end of this but the efforts were good and right around the paces I was aiming for. Legs felt a little tired from the less sleep, heat and humidity but I got it done. Did the 4 200s at the end to work on some speed endurance because I have ignored it for too long.
