M-pace run. Overall super, super easy and relaxed. I never felt like i was triying at all. My breathing was super realxed and i was talking to Alekh comfortabley on the last loop. I could have gone 15-20 secs faster that last loop, but i didnt want to kill the group. I dont know if im just in super good shape or i felt good today. I didnt eat very well last night at the knockharts (a burger, 2 pieces of cake, cookies, etc.) so i cant believe i felt good because i was so worried about my bowls before the run (they held up). Im just in really good shape, i have not had to really push myself on a workout since the 1200s after woodruff, so aournd 2 weeks. I just want to get back to racing again and see what i can do.
