Notes
Long run with Austin and Caleb. Ran pretty early but it was still warm by then. Felt more tired than yesterday but we took it chill which was nice. Austin and Caleb went 11 in 76:00 and I added on the last 2 miles in the woods which were muddy. Nice to run with those guys and we had some solid conversations. I imagine this will probably be my last true "long run" for the season.
