Easy run. We started out pretty slow, probably around 7:20s, but the last 2-3 miles we were probably doing 6:20s. Felt pretty relaxed for most of the run. Longest run since coming back. Typical Midwest weather, T-shirt and shorts one day, long sleeve, pants, hat and gloves the next...
