Long run with Steven and Bushelle. Steven was only going 8, so after 4 miles it was just Bushelle and I. We went from McDowell out to the Illinois prairie path system. We made it all the way out past downtown Wheaton, out to the Elgin Branch of the path. We covered 8.7 in the hour then turned around and came back. Was feeling strong until the last 3 miles. The last 3 miles just seemed really tough. We were averaging 6:30s pretty much the whole way back. Had 2 water breaks around an hour and 70 minutes. Good quality long run again and the last one in naperville for the summer. GPS watch for distance (stayed pretty accurate for most of the run).
