Strength and speed. 3x200 at mileish race pace w/200 jog recovery. Track had a light dusting of snow all around it which made it tough figuring out where lane 1 actually was on the turn. Went 34-33-32 but I think on the first interval I was running really wide around the turn and I figured out where lane 1 actually was on the next 2. Felt smooth and in control.
