Distance run w/10 minutes of brisk 15 minutes in. Feeling a little bit better today. Easier to breathe through my nose. Wanted to do something a little quicker on top of the hills, so just did 10 minutes of brisk. It was snowing and a light dusting of snow had already formed by the time I ran. Did the brisk on the argo bike path when it was still dark out. Covered a little over 1.6 miles in the 10 minutes, so right around 6:10 pace. Nothing crazy, just gradually picked it up throughout the 10 minutes. Finished off a loop and added on a little too much so ended up being a little bit over 8.
