I had to do the practice Calc AB test and i cant get on a track. So i improvised and did 12x20 sec hard surge with 40 secs walking/1:00 shuffle jog recovery. I felt suprisingly good considering i just finished 3 hours of testing. I felt fast and relaxed. I ran around my circle and got 4.8 km total, so i took out the walking to get the total walking distance. Good workout! Ran in my racing flats because they were the lightest shoes at my house.
