Notes

2 strides then 8x200 w/100 walk, 100 shuffle jog recovery. My knee loosened up nicely for these. My legs were a little tired from the morning run, but cardio wise this felt solid. The last one was the only one that was tiring. 6 of them were 28, 2 were 29. I know that these will help for the 800/1600.
