Notes

Morning bike. Still going to stick with 1 run a day for the achillies. Did some 20/40s this morning. Warm up, some high cadence spins then 3x(5 minutes of 20 seconds at 110% FTP, 40 seconds 90% FTP), 4 minute recoveries in between sets. Good to spin the legs a bit. Resistance lever on the bike was crap though trying to really dial in resistance and power levels.
