10x150s with 100 walk, 100 shuffle jog. Felt pretty good, we didnt swim today, but my legs still felt tight, I will be taking this sunday off, I feel my quads are just sore from pounding concrete. First two were strides, then we started moving. 3-4 I felt fine, 5-8 my legs kept tightning up in the last 25 meters, then last two they felt fine again. Was on the back of mark, drew, alekh, and brendan for all of them. So for the first real speed workout, after a high milage base building winter, of the year im happy for where im at.
