Notes
Medium long this morning. I'm leaving early tomorrow so I did it today. I was told to keep it nice and easy. I did 7.3 by myself (7:15 pace), then 5 with the guys. Felt good, not tired at all from yesterday. Legs were feeling a little sore by the end, but with a Q day followed by a longer run i expected that.
Edit: with the back to back Q days, my legs feeling a little sore by the end of the run, and I have to get up super early tomorrow, I have decided to not ride my bike today.
