9x800 w/1:00 rest. Was supposed to be 10, but Janota changed it at the very end. The wind was crappy again today and defiantly slowed down times. The one thing that helped was I felt pretty good today. The first 5 felt super easy, I did not feel very tired after 5. Then we started dropping time and I was excited to do all 10. Then when Janota changed it, I had a lot left, so I took the first lap of the last one out pretty quick. I was able to finish that one in 2:23-2:24, so I held that pace fairly well. I could have done another at that same pace. Without any wind, these would have been much faster. It was nice to feel very strong on this workout after how crappy I felt on Saturday. I was happy my stomach held up too, considering I ate like crap yesterday for Easter Dinner.
