Notes

Recovery run. A hard workout and night of bad sleep left me feeling really tired this morning. For the first 3 miles I was just planning to cut my losses and run 6-7. I then went on the Argo dirt trail. Trying to avoid all the footprints, roots and rocks really woke up my brain so when I came out of the other side of that, I felt a lot more energized. Still kept the run pretty slow overall but was happy I was able to get to full distance today.
