With the late night last night and not sleeping the best, I didn't want to do too strenuous of a workout this morning. Decided on 25 minutes steady followed by a .75 jog to the 140 meter hill then 6x140meter hill sprints. Kept the steady very under control. Did it on the 1.2 mile loop, lap splits were 7:11, 7:07, 6:59, 2:58 for .52 and 45 seconds to finish up.
