Notes

"Long run" for the week. Felt a lot better than yesterday. Ran on my own again. Went from alliance and did extended AQ loop. Realized I was going to be short, so ended up running 2 full Duchess hill loops to make up the mile I was going to be short. It was nice to get in one last longer aerobic run before the 10k on Thursday. GPS watch.
