Hello Neuqua. Im back from Italy. It was an awesome trip and i was able to get at least 30 minutes in everyday and through in some pick ups/strides/etc.. Today after i got home i just went for a long easy run to get some miliage in this week. It was nice to be off a treadmill and back home. Ounce my legs got warmed up i started going really quick on this run. I just keep chugging. I had a good headwind for the first 25 minutes on the way back and i just keep pushing the pace. It was nice to get long and get my legs going for a while again.
