Distance run. Felt some malaise/fatigue from the 2nd COVID vaccine shot so took it slower today. First half was fine but the back half sucked because it was mostly back into the wind, snow and ice. Was able to get in the full distance though. Was mentally done when I got back so I forgoed the strides. Wet, icy snow on the ground the whole run wasn't super great either.
