25 mins m-pace on the track. Like i said in the warm up, i felt very denergized and my stomach felt wierd, so for the workout i decided ill find a rhythem and just hold it the whole way through, dont pick up or slow down. The first two miles were between 11:34-11:36 with the first mile being a touch quicker. Around 2.5 miles the group i was pacing decided to start picking it up and i just held constant with Whaley.Came through the 4 mile mark in a low 23:0.. split so pretty even. I ran constant today for not feeling that great and i thought still got a pretty decent workout. I think the reason i felt denergized was i have had a lot, A LOT, of stress from school right now and i think it just took its toll on me. The good news is i have no homework tonight for the first night in awhile and i plan on using tonight to destress and relax. This night could not have come at a better time.
