Long run for the week. Like I said, front loading this week with a busy weekend coming up. It was another cool and sunny morning, so I figured I would take advantage and knock my "long" run out for the week. Did the hilly loop I have that goes around town. Didn't think I was running this quick with the hills but I mapped it out pretty accurately. Felt like I built some good strength on the hills and overall it was a solid run!
