DGS open 800. Got put into the slower heat due to the starter messing up. I went for it. Went out hard first 400 was like a 63 low then like a 69 basically 70 high. First 2 laps were 25 and 24 then if I did the math correctly it would be 28 averages after that. I ran alone lapping kids. I won my heat by 9 or 10 secs. Ran fastest time by 6 secs. Overall pleased with it. I went for it as afterwards for 10 minutes I thought I was going to puke. Saying this at least equaled a 2:10-2:09 at Morton because this defiantly the slowest track we have run on yet. Now I can't wait if I make Proviso because that would be even faster. Pulled out of 1600 due to feeling like crap, felt good though later around 4x400. Should have maybes tried for that like Vinny, who had a monster 800 today. Nick and Julius had awesome 4x8 splits.
