Notes

After all the camp stuff and making sure I drank enough liquids this time I went off for my uptempo progression run down the whalon lake path. I went 6:40, 6:22, 6:13, 6:07, 6:03, 5:51, so overall a nice progression. My legs felt a little tired from the 6 miles beforehand. I had my GPS watch which helped me hold pace and figure out where each mile is. I do need to work a little more on a consistent progression. The last mile I just feel into a rhythm and it happened to be around 5:50 pace, which felt chill. Overall a nice uptempo!
