ASICS Gel-Hyperspeed 4 (2nd pair)
Odd day. We did 1 150 outdoors before the lightning alarm went off. So we came inside and did a 30 min farlek. It was easy, but the school was hot. Achillis was a little sore from the morning. Quads were sore from yesterday.
