Medium long run at Waterfall Glen. Everytime I run here, I have to resist the urge to hammer. I kept it pretty undercintrolled and still averaged under 6:40 pace. Probably just because the Glen is always a great place to run. Hot though. Was above 80 by the time I finished but the heat never got to me which is a good sign I'm getting used to it.
