4x1k on the course today with 4:00 jogging recovery. We did from a little in front on 1k to a little past 2k because of the course being wet and trying to avoid muddy corners. There were still plenty of muddy sports, so overall the 1ks were a little slower then normal. It was still nice to finish with the group and feel strong. Need to make sure these next 2 days are easy and I'm ready to go on Saturday!
