Medium long run in Grand Haven. Was with Bret, Mark, Jeff, and Philiposoe. It was really windy, pretty hilly and humid. Cold bothered me more than I thought it would. I had a hard time breathing on hills and had to back it off the last 2.5 miles. Legs felt good, but was really congested in the cardio. Fun day though with wave jumping/surfing after lunch.
