Notes

Recovery run. Legs and glutes were pretty tired from the hill workout+lift yesterday. Just needed a nice and easy run. Was able to run in shorts this morning but there was black ice everywhere. Took a nice tumble about 5 minutes in and scrapped up my left knee pretty nicely. Was able to finish the run but my knee looked pretty nasty by the end.
