Notes

600,400,300,200 w/roughly 400 jog recovery after each following the tempo. Like I said, wanted to go 5k,3k,1500,fast/float pace respectively. Felt great on these. Very in control and was touching some speeds I haven't hit in awhile. Very solid close to the workout and glad to see my legs are fully recovered from the half!
