Cool down part 1. My knee was pretty tight post-race, but it felt fine enough to run on concrete. We went to this trail behind GVSU and that was a terrible decision. The trails were bugging my knee and then we went down a giant hill. After that hill, my knee was completely wrecked. I had to stop and walk for a bit and realized it was not worth it. Got off of the trail as quick as I could and opted to go run on the turf next to the track. On the turf I could still feel my knee, but it was manageable.
