15 minutes of brisk today. Covered 2.53 miles. My legs felt pretty tired today. I think it's from mileage, travel and sleeping in different beds messing up my sleep pattern. The last two miles they finally felt good. Brisk miles were 6:12, 5:45 and covered .53 in 3:03. First mile was slower due to my legs then I just overcompensated on the 2nd mile. Cardio wise it felt brisk so got in the right effort. Will make sure tomorrow is true recovery day for the legs.
