Notes

Another small workout this morning. 3x~1 mile w/75 seconds rest in between at threshold effort. Was looking to do this on the track but Ferry Field was too icy. In fact, almost everywhere was super icy. Did this on Kipke loop which is about 50 meters or so under a mile. Had no goal pace in mind, just by feel. Was in trainers again. Turns were still a little nerving. Just very icy out there this morning. Went 5:35-5:28-5:23 for the loops so a nice negative split workout. Only concern was my right foot. The whole first loop it didn't feel very good and I was having a hard time getting a good push off of it. It calmed down on the next two loops but started feeling weird again on the cool down. Feels like a muscle thing but I'll have to monitor it.
