Cruise 1200s. Last year this workout sucked for me up here so I dreaded these. Decided to do it on a loop in a park next to our condo instead of a track. First this course probably ran 2-3 secs slower then the kk because it had a lot of uphill bumps and tight turns. Felt good grom the start. Ran these like I normally do with the group back home. Start slow and get faster. First six I was feelig good and my lower left calf/tendon wasent sore which made me happy. Found a nice groove at 4:09s. On 7 it started to rain and I started to pick it up. On 8 it got bad and slowed me down a little. 9 and 10 I wanted to get done and cranked it home. I was so happy. It was a great workout by myself in some tough weather. Probab one of my best 1200 days ever. Wore my rocovery socks which helped my calf feel better. This converts to 41:03 on the kk course.
