Notes

A very good hill workout. The hill I choose was about 10-15 feel shorter then blackwells, but it had the same steepness. I went up this hill 8 times which is equvilent to 7 times on blackwell. I felt really good and ounce I figured out a 4 minute recovery loop this became a nice workout.
