Notes
Easy recovery run. Did 1 before practice with Hendrik then about 8.25 with the guys. I felt surprisingly good today. Best I felt all week so far. I know we were not going that fast, but it was nice to feel good finally.
Note: My right knee was a little tighter than normal. I noticed rolling out that my right IT band and quad were a little sore from the workout+lifting yesterday which is causing a bit more of a pull on my knee.
