Notes

Went from Aqua Jog into a swim workout. Did

250 warm up

5x100 w/45 sec rest (1:00 rest in between sets)

5x50 w/30 sec rest

250 cool down

All free. Hit some solid splits for these. The 100s went 1:20,1:20,1:20,1:20,1:19 and the 50s went 38,37,37,37,35. Was not too hard, but just something to keep the cardio going. Another hour in the pool total.
