Notes

4x150 "easy" strides w/250 jog recovery. Wanted to get my legs moving a little quicker and see how they felt. Still felt some soreness and it felt awkward trying to run a little quicker. Was hoping to do 6 but was in a bit of a time crunch so only ended up doing 4.
