Notes

Very easy Sunday run. I have not run a 5k on a track in awhile and I forgot how much it can beat your body up. Even though I only went 90% yesterday, I still felt sore and tired today. Headed out to the course which was still muddy and really soggy. In fact I ran all 7:00 on the course, went to the road near the end and ran a 6:50 mile without feeling like I changed anything, so I would not be surprised if the course was slowing me down 10 seconds a mile. I did start feeling better the last mile and I feel much looser now, so the run at least got the gunk out of my system. Had my GPS watch going, I was aiming for 6 miles, but I was back at Alliance and didn't feel like running around the parking lot for .2 miles.
