Light bike workout like i said i would do to be safe with my achillis. I did a 6:30 warm up in 6th gear over to commisoners. From there i did a light farlkeh style workout. 10x1:00 on, 3:00 off. I did 1:00 hard in 7th (my highest gear) and 3:00 easy in 6th gear. I just kept going around the park till i finished. By accident my first surge was 1:30, but my last part before coming back home was 4:30 so everything evened out. I really didnt feel this in my legs until about surge 8. I then did a little over 1.5 mile cool down switching between 4th and 5th gear. I cant feel my hands or toes, but i got this in. It was nicer to do something else besides just "riding my bike". The wind played a huge factor. Into the wind i had to try a lot to keep a hard pace, with the wind i didnt even try and went 3:30 pace. Nice to get this in. Just playing it safe, still plan on running tomorrow, just wanted to make sure my funky achillis didnt get any worse. I have compression socks on right now and for this bike workout, so im compressing right now. Last cardio workout of 2011.
