Notes

Recovery run. Just did a 30 minute shakeout. First mile was butt slow to wake up. Went up and down birch terrace lane a bunch of times so it go pretty boring but I got it done. It's odd that backing off 7 miles and no biking really helped recharge my legs. 8 more weeks until Chicago!
