65 minute run with 15 minute pick up. Odd situation today with Alekh taking off and me and him dropping everyone. I really wanted to finish with my teamates so we slowed up. The pace me and alekh were going wasent hard I just wanted to be a good teamate. I have to just accept when people are dropped now I guess. Legs felt little sore from weights yesterday.
