Notes

Bike today for cross training. Did a 5 minute warm up on level 5, then did 30 minutes of 1:00 on at level 11/1:00 off at level 8 with the last surge being 2:00 long because I felt like it. Then a 10 minute cool down alternating between levels 4 and 5 every 2 minutes. Doing this made the 45 minutes go by so much faster. I spun on a different bike and I believe there distance was in kilometers but I could be wrong. Anyways, this is probably my last day of cross training this week because tomorrow we leave for nationals, Saturday where at nationals, and Sunday I'll be running again! Did 3x15 back extensions with 15 pound weight after as I already did push ups earlier today and just decided to balance the two out. Next week I go back to lifting two times a week.
