Long run with Rylaarsdam at Herrick Lake/Danada. He took the train out to Naperville where I picked him up and then we headed over to Herrick. Awesome to catch up with him! We were running a pretty steady clip the whole time and we picked it up even more the last 2 miles so I bet we actually ran this far.
